Her Story Cafe, a popular Colorado Springs food truck, is now also an actual cafe. Liz Rozenbaum, owner and operator, recently outgrew her share of the kitchen space at the Gotta Love It kitchen in Old Colorado City and decided to open a sit down location on S. Academy Blvd.

Her Story Cafe features home-made soups with themes related to famous women throughout history. They serve breakfast as well as lunch and use locally sourced foods during Farmers Market season.

The new location is at 2356 S. Academy Blvd (Astrozon and Academy) and is open Tuesday through Friday from 6am to 2pm and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm.
