Attention bargain hunters and treasure seekers. Gospel Shelter for Women Thrift Store opened a new location at 6436 S. Hwy 85/87, behind Applebees in Fountain.

The store helps fund their residential program, aimed at getting homeless women back on their feet.

Gospel Shelter for Women has another location at 2441 E. Platte Avenue. Both stores feature clothes, furniture, electronics, housewares and more. You can support their efforts by shopping there and/or by donating your own excess inventory. The store is open from 9 am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and closed Sunday.
