Polaris Pointe is proud to announce the development of two new extraordinary entertainment facilities in north Colorado Springs: Crush Golf and AirCity360. Crush Golf is a state-of-the-art golf gaming center with meeting and family-gathering facilities. AirCity360 is the ultimate fun and entertainment zone for the entire family.
The Crush Golf facility will be located in the Polaris Pointe development on the north side of Colorado Springs, and will be the first large-scale, fully modern golf, meeting and family-gathering facility in the Pikes Peak Region. It is anticipated that 350 new jobs will be created at the Crush Golf 9.14-acre location.
“We are excited to bring Crush Golf to the Polaris Pointe development area on the north side of Colorado Springs,” said Gary Erickson, Polaris Pointe’s developer. “Crush Golf will be the first of its kind facility in the Pikes Peak Region, and we are excited to offer the convenience and amenities of this facility to customers in Colorado Springs.”
Totaling 54,000-square feet, the Crush Golf facility will offer 75 driving range suites, each accommodating up to 8 guests. Each suite will be heated in winter for gaming fun and practice year-round. This modern, automated driving range will offer customers the convenience of Eagle Star automated golf ball delivery and pop-up tee systems at each suite. This system will allow golfers to maximize fun and practice time while hitting on the ample 250-yard driving range. Professional golf instruction will also be offered.
Additionally, golfers will be able to analyze their performance using the Trackman Golf™ Radar System installed in each suite. This system brings state-of-the-art, computerized club swing and ball flight analysis to Crush Golf customers. This system is used worldwide by professional golfers to analyze their swing and ball flight metrics, and to quickly become better players. The benefits to sportsmen and women in the region are vast.
Crush Golf will also offer 6,400 square feet of dining and meeting facilities that will accommodate both large and small corporate gatherings, as well as two restaurants with a full bar. The 2,000-square foot heated outdoor covered patio, adjacent to the dining facility, will offer stunning views of the Air Force Academy and Front Range.
Crush Golf’s development plan is approved, and the project is currently under construction. It is scheduled to open in the Summer of 2020.
Opening in Spring of 2020, AirCity360 is a fun, dynamic, 30,000 square foot family entertainment facility. AirCity360 will offer fun for the whole family, with a never before experienced Air360 coaster, Wall360 climbing wall, trampolines, a fun Ninja360 course, and an adventure area for little adventurers called Toddler180. AirCity360 will also offer Dodge Ball, Sports Courts, Dunk Lanes, and a Café, along with a host of other unique attractions new to the Pikes Peak region. AirCity360 will be a one-stop fun and entertainment facility for the whole family.
“AirCity360 is a new concept we are excited to partner on, in addition to our already established Springs Adventure Park in south Colorado Springs,” said Denny Meredith, local businessman and Distinguished Air Force Veteran. “We are excited to bring to Polaris Pointe, the premier location in north Colorado Springs, a new family entertainment center concept that has not been done before here.” Deborah Dettmann, General Manager of Ascent Airparks LLC, said, “We are excited to join our fellow neighbors, making this the premier adventure park for all of El Paso County.” Dettmann estimates AirCity360 will bring 50 new jobs.
Both Crush Golf and AirCity360 Ultimate Indoor Adventure Plex will be joining the already vibrant and diverse Polaris Pointe shopping and entertainment amenities, such as Overdrive, Boot Barn, Bass Pro Shops and Magnum Shooting Center. This makes Polaris Pointe the most unique destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and family fun in the Pikes Peak region.
