Press Release

A Goodwin Knight multifamily development project is expected to open for occupancy in the coming weeks, and Griffis/Blessing has been selected as the property management company to oversee the day-to-day operations. Overlook at Mesa Creek is a 91-unit garden-style community located off West Fillmore near Centennial Boulevard. The community will consist of a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with spacious closets, a private balcony/patio, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Overlook at Mesa Creek will feature an outdoor patio with hot tub and firepit for gatherings with friends and neighbors, an indoor clubhouse social lounge, pet spa, and on-site fitness center. Located at 2640 Grand Vista Circle, the community is minutes from plenty of shopping and restaurants at University Village and the Kissing Camels Golf Course. Downtown Colorado Springs, the military bases, and more are easily accessible from nearby I-25.

"We at Griffis/Blessing are excited to have been assigned the management of these newly developed apartments,” expressed Carmen Azzopardi, CPM®, Vice President of Multifamily for Griffis/Blessing, Inc. “We believe they are in a great location on the West side of the Colorado Springs, strategically located near the I-25 corridor and the beautiful Garden of the Gods Park.
